Coaching
When coaching individuals, teams and organizational units, we rely heavily on the individual needs, which we pursue in a resource and action-oriented manner until the goals are achieved. This is how we achieve sustainable changes.
Organizational development
We systematically look at the customer environment in organizational consulting and focus on existing resources, opportunities and solutions. This is how we orientate ourselves and our customers future. This is our base to implement sustainable changes.
Supervision
The reflection in supervision opens up new perspectives and dimensions of experience. We use these for case supervision in individual and group frames.
